Fibromyalgia Flares and Its Causes

I’ve had a fibro flare that’s lasted months now , my diets good, can’t help being a little stressed as I’m a mother of four, I do everything that’s needed to settle it but nothings helping … some days I feel like all help is lost and now I’m at my wits end.. is fibromyalgia warriors definitely go through hell..

    1. I am so sad to hear that you are doing so poorly. I have had periods of time where a flare seems to last forever and some of the things I try are baths, stretching for 20 minutes, or even meditating. Music is everything to me so sometimes I will put in my ear buds and crank up the music and close my eyes and relax.
